Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a year round track and field club?

-This club was founded to provide full time training options for the serious track and field athlete.  So the short answer is "yes".  However, we understand that this is difficult for the younger athlete / athlete who plays multiple sports.  That is why we have the year split up into different "seasons" allowing the athlete to join / sign up for what they are able to do. Click here to see our year-round training options for the high school athlete!

What ages is this club for?

- We have training opportunities for all ages and abilities.  Click here for our youth program (ages 5-12).  Click here for our training for high school athletes.  Click here for our post-collegiate athletes.

My child is interested in starting the sport, but unsure where to begin.  What group would be best for them?

-The best place for a beginner (no matter the age or ability) is to start with a few private lessons, so that the athlete will be able to get one-on-one instruction.  This is the best way for the athlete to learn as a beginner. Click here for more information on private lessons.  If your child is between the ages of 5-10 and want to learn the sport with other kids their age, bring them to a youth practice to try things out!

Do you offer any camps or clinics?

-Yes!  We offer both camps and clinics, information on those can be found here.

Where do you practice?

-The majority of our practices and lessons are held at The Bolles School (7400 San Jose Blvd, 32207) but we also have the ability to practice at select high school and college facilities in the Jacksonville area.  Email us to inquire about locations for private lessons.

How much does the club cost?

-The club has different costs depending on the group, time of year, etc.  Click here for an overview of what we offer, as well as for links to their corresponding costs.

Do You work with collegiate / post collegiate athletes?

-Yes, absolutely.  We work with both current college athletes, as well as post-collegiate athletes who are looking to find a stable training group once they leave college.  Click here to get more information on our post collegiate training.

Are you a 501(c)(3) organization / non-profit?

- Yes, yes we are.  We gladly accept donations to help our club purchase equipment, pay for facility rentals, put on events, etc.  All donations are tax-exempt!  Feel free to donate below!
