Below is an in depth description of each group:

JAC Youth Training (Mid May - end of July)

This training group is for the younger athlete (ages 6-12) who not only wants to learn the fundamentals of track and field, but also increase their speed and agility for all sports.  This is a tremendous opportunity for a young athlete to improve their overall athleticism.  This group will meet two nights a week and will learn the proper techniques and training methods from a young age, so that their long term development will be more successful. This is a wonderful opportunity for any young athlete looking to improve their speed, strength and coordination and this will all be done in a fun and encouraging environment!  Athletes will also have many opportunities to compete in meets over the summer.  Cost for this group is $300 for the entire summer period.  We will have two different practice options (see below).

This summer we will have a two different training options.  One at the Bolles School (7400 San Jose Blvd, 32217) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm, and one at the Providence School on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm (2701 Hodges Blvd, 32224).  Please click on the schedules below for the practice times.

JAC Emerging Elite (May 8th - August 5th)

This training group is for the track and field athlete ages 12-18 who wants to train over the summer, with the focus of improving all of their events, as well as their speed and strength levels.  This group will practice 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and will compete in a lot of the local summer track meets.  This group is perfect for the athlete who wants to spend quality time over the summer improving their skills, as well as competing in some meets over the summer.  

This group will start Monday, May 8th, and practice 2-3 days a week until our last meet on August 5th.  We will practice at the Bolles School (7400 San Jose Blvd, 32217) and at the Providence School (2701 Hodges Blvd, 32224).  Cost for this group is $750 for the summer ($250 a month).  Meet entry fees and travel expenses are not included in fees.

JAC Elite (May 8th - August 5th)

At the highest level, this group is geared towards the very serious track and field athlete (Ages 12-18) who wants to make a commitment over the summer to becoming the best.  We have coaches to cover all of the events, as well as the events that are not contested in the Florida high school season (ex. javelin, hammer throw, decathlon and heptathlon). This group has the opportunity to compete at the biggest meets over the summer, and receive first class coaching from former NCAA division one coaches.  College recruitment is also a goal for this group, so we make sure to schedule / host meets where we know coaches will be.

This group will start Monday, May 8th, and practice 3-6 days a week until our last meet on August 5th.  We will practice at the Bolles School (7400 San Jose Blvd).  Cost for this group is $1050 for the summer ($350 a month). Travel expenses are not included in fees.
