JAC Training Options

The Jacksonville Athletic Club is first and foremost a year round club for track and field athletes who want to reach the next level and are willing to make the commitments necessary to be the best.  We have coaching available for beginners up to post collegiate athletes in a wide range of training opportunities including private lessons, a competitive summer club, fall
training, youth training, as well as in-season training.

JAC Youth Training (Ages 5-12)  - *Fall JAC Youth group starts Monday, September 10th*
